BAM! YOUR BROTHER/SISTER IS DEAD! What do you do? Well there's really nothing you can do. In my book,The Lovely Bones, It reminds me a lot of the movie Charlie St. Cloud. In these two books/ movies, it shows the main characters and the people who are dead and the struggles of their family. I think that The Lovely Bones resembles Charlie St. Cloud because both of the main characters are dead and their siblings are struggling. I have watched Charlie St. Cloud but I'm waiting until I finish The Lovely Bones to watch the movie. In CTS, this little boy's brother dies in a car accident and he sees him a lot, like he visits him and thats kind of how Susie does in my book. I also think thst Lindsey, Susie's younger sister and Sam, Charlie's younger brother are a lot alike.
Sam and Lindsey both go through a change as their older sibling is dead and in my opinion become stronger as a person and is able to go through whatever is thrown at them. The Lovely Bones and Charlie St. Cloud are two books that have simular plot lines that are truly amazing. I definitely reccommend both of these great titles and encourage you to read! So how would you try and become stronger if your sibling had died? I honestly think I would go a little crazy. Comment! Bye guyss! Happy Earth Day!
